Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who claimed to be Daniel from O2. I decided to play along and asked him to say my full name and address, thinking if he was legit he’d have it on his display. He hesitated, then messed up and said my name was Daniel! Told him no, he was trying to scam me. Click... BEEEEEEEEEEPP!

Got called by some woman with a really strong accent, almost couldn’t follow what she was saying. She claimed she worked for EE and wanted to offer me a cracking 3-month discount for being an amazing customer. Thing is, I’m not even signed up with EE! Told her that and she just cut me off mid-conversation. Bit cheeky if you ask me, definitely seemed like a dodgy scam call.

Got a call from this number and it turned out to be a scam, so I’d advise not picking up if you don’t recognise it. I usually only answer if I have the number saved, otherwise I just let it ring out. If they keep calling after that, I just block the number straight away.
