Some bloke rang saying he was with EON and wanted to chat about my contract. I told him he was dodgy and just ended the call!

I got a call on my work phone from someone claiming to be with some energy provider - couldn’t catch the exact name. They said my contract was about to finish and it was about my business account. Thing is, I rent a serviced office and all the bills are bundled into my rent already. I told them to fuck off, that they were just scammers, and shut the phone down.

They said they were from British Gas confirmation dept, but I doubt it. When I tried calling back, the number they gave me was out of service. Bit fishy if you ask me.
