This morning about 9am, I got a call from this number saying it was HRMC. The person on the phone insisted that if I didn't press 1, they'd issue a warrant and I'd be arrested soon. It just sounded fishy to me, so I hung up straight away. So far, no signs of any arrest, thankfully.
