My husband picked up the phone and a lady with an English accent said she was calling about our Amazon Prime account to update payment details. He kept saying "Hello" a few times but there was no reply, although he could hear lots of background noise like a call centre. We don’t even have Amazon Prime and it felt like a total scam, so he just hung up.
