Just got a call from 0151 774 2157, some automated voice saying I had tax fraud issues and to press 1 to chat with an agent. Thing is, I don’t handle my taxes personally since I’m on PAYE, so it really felt dodgy. Sounds like these scammers might be using this new number to trick people.
