My work mobile rang from 0151 1993199, and guess what? They claimed to be from the Inland Revenue saying I owed some tax. They warned me that if I didn’t hit 1 right away, HMRC would come after me in no time. Didn’t fall for it, didn’t press anything.

‭0151 745 7969‬ Liverpool area. Somebody claimed to be from the tax office, said I'd been caught up in tax fraud or something. They asked me for my name and then just hung up straight away!
