I got a call from that very same number and all I could hear was heavy breathing. Then, after a bit, the call just ended abruptly. Total waste of time and I have no idea who it was.

Got a call from a number ending in 853 yesterday, no voicemail left. Checked it out and looks like it's flagged as risky. Pretty sure it's just the same scammers trying to work round people blocking them.
