Got a call from what looks like a dodgy number again, so I've gone ahead and blocked it just like loads of others before it.

yesterday i got these annoying calls from dodgy numbers. i just ended the call straight away because i thought it was a scam. i blocked the first one, but a bit later another call came through from a number that was kinda similar, so i blocked that one too. why is it so hard to track down these scammers and make them face the law? lots of older folks like me aren’t as clued up on phone tricks and online safety.

We've been getting calls from this number a bunch of times every week. When I pick up, there's nothing but silence on the line. If I let it ring out and it goes to voicemail, there's never a message left either. Really weird.

it's so annoying, they call all the time but never say anything when i pick up. i tried calling them back but the line’s always busy, so i really have no clue who’s behind it.

They kept ringing me up and said something about an accident, tried to say they wanted to take my number off their list, then just cut off the call.

I keep getting calls from this number every few days, like every 2 or 3. I never answer it though, they just hang up once I don’t pick up. I've decided to block them now.
