Capital One via Debitas, how peculiar! Generally, their calls tend to originate from Nottingham using the 0115 code, but this one turned out to be a 0151 from Liverpool/Merseyside. It’s rather odd, this one from Capital One, given that the majority of their calls seem to originate from Nottingham using the 0115 code. Yet this particular number is from Liverpool/Merseyside with the 0151 prefix. Regardless, I’d advise handling it similarly - simply don’t engage with any security queries they throw at you. It tends to irritate them quite a bit!
