01517010325 kept ringing me all through the weekend and just now as well! Since I don’t know anyone from Liverpool, I ignored the first call today. Then the same number called again, so I picked up. The person on the other end was really hard to make out, sounded like they were in a busy room with loads of noise in the background. I told them I couldn’t hear properly and that I’d be reporting the number for harassment, then they just hung up. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now. If this number calls you, I’d recommend you block it too.
