I just had a rather odd phone call from a bloke who claimed I had been involved in a car accident some time back. When I mentioned that I hadn’t had any such incident, he seemed rather taken aback and abruptly ended the call. Very curious indeed!

He wouldn't stop bothering me, so I decided to fake putting him on hold! I ended up playing a tune instead.

Gave me a bell and then promptly cut off the call the moment I picked up. So, I decided to return the favour and dialed them back, only to be greeted by a recorded voice informing me that I was in a queue. It promised to connect me with the next available operator, but nothing transpired after that. Quite the letdown, really!

I would suggest informing them that the conversation is being recorded for legal reasons; that approach has proven effective for me.

What an extremely unpleasant experience! I requested that they take my number off their list and cease their incessant calls, only to be met with a torrent of vulgarities. The caller, upon realising my Polish surname, had the audacity to say something truly appalling like, "Or what, are you just going to hop on a f***ing plane back to Poland?" Honestly, how disgraceful! To make matters worse, there seems to be no avenue for reporting such abhorrent behaviour, and I can only dread the thought of being plagued by their calls on a daily basis moving forward.

Rather impolite, I must say. I requested to be taken off their contact list, and this rather haughty fellow on the line outright declined, stating I wouldn't be removed until he had things "sorted". Sorted what, exactly? A loan that doesn’t exist or an accident I’ve never been a part of? Just as I was about to ask for clarification, he abruptly hung up, claiming he’d ring back. It makes me think - get yourself a proper job, mate, and perhaps you’ll understand why those of us who work simply can’t be bothered with this nonsense!
