We ended the call, but then they ring back straightaway. Proper annoying and feels a bit dodgy, honestly.

Dodgy call. Someone said they were from EDF, telling me there was a problem with my most recent bill. They rattled off an account number they supposedly got from their records, which they said didn’t match up, then asked me what number was on my latest bill. When I kept telling them the number they mentioned was right, they got all mixed up and then said the mistake must be on their side before ending the call abruptly.
