I got a call from someone pretending to be from 3, saying I could switch my contract because I was paying too much and they’d lower my bill. They also mentioned my signal was bad and promised to send a new SIM card for free. They asked me to verify some personal info, even though it seemed they already had some details. Sadly, I got tricked. I just contacted 3 myself and they confirmed it was a scam. Now, I’ve got to change my passwords and call my bank to be safe.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, sounded like an Indian woman. I just ended the call straight away and sent the details over to the number 7726 (used the Call prefix before it). Also marked the number as spam on my iPhone to be safe.
