My 12 year old daughter has been getting calls from this number about three times daily for the past few days. She ignored them at first, then told me about the odd number ringing her phone. I called it myself and found out it’s a telemarketing outfit named Call-Contact, working for a small magazine company called CANDIS. When I spoke to a woman there today (28/02/17 around 5.20pm), she seemed clueless about what they were actually offering and said she’d removed my daughter’s number from their list. We’ll see if that sticks. If you call the number back, it says who called you, then you can talk to someone who apparently has no connection to Call-Contact and doesn’t know what the call's about - not very useful at all! All I got was that they represent CANDIS company. I also made it clear my daughter’s number is registered with the telephone preference service to block such sales calls. Let’s just see if they have the nerve to ring again, haha!
