It definitely felt like one of those call centre calls. The bloke said he was from BT Openreach and warned me that my internet was going to be cut off for nearly a month starting tomorrow. I asked him, “So you’re with BT, yeah?” He then lost it and shouted, “Who do you think you are? You’re an absolute idiot!” At that point, I just hung up.
