This number rang me at 8:19 this morning. A woman claimed to be from BT and said there was a problem with my internet speed, asking me to log in to fix it. I told her I’m not even a BT customer, but she insisted BT handles all internet services. I just ended the call. Sounds dodgy to me since I haven’t had any follow-up calls and my internet speed is fine.
