I got a bunch of calls from a scammer pretending to be part of 'Visa Security'. They told me I had a £599 transaction hanging on Amazon gift cards. When I said it wasn’t me, they said I had to download some app, something like 'Customer...' - can’t recall the full name. As soon as they brought that up, I hung up straight away. After that, they kept ringing me back from about eight different numbers and even tried WhatsApp calls. It was pretty overwhelming getting all those calls. I've blocked every number and flagged them as scams now.
