It's just like what Sam mentioned, but here’s the odd thing: every time I hit five to chat with someone, it goes silent and then the call cuts off! What's the purpose of that? We’ve signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, yet we’re still bombarded with a barrage of nuisance calls! It's utterly maddening!
