Had a rather dodgy encounter with a chap claiming to be from Sky, and it was far from pleasant! He was prattling on about some technical issue and attempted to persuade me to launch TeamViewer so he could remotely access my computer. When I questioned his motives and suggested he might be taking me for a fool, he lost his temper and started hurling insults my way! Truly unbelievable!
