Just to add, the woman who rang me at quarter to two claimed she was with Microsoft. She said she needed to get into my PC to prove that hackers had already broken into my documents and that I was at risk.

At about 1:45pm, I got a call from 01516337958 warning that hackers had got into my computer and that it was at risk. They told me to open it so they could demonstrate the issue. I just hung up, but then they rang me back straight away asking me again to open it up.
