Some bloke called me up saying my PPI claim had been approved from this England claims service. I told him straight away to put me on the do-not-call list.

They claimed to be from a life insurance company but then started saying horrible things to me, called me mum and used really nasty language. Proper rude and shocking!

He called and actually knew my name, which was a bit creepy. When I said he probably had the wrong person, he asked a second time. I told him I’d never heard of the name he mentioned, then he just dropped the call. Definitely a scam attempt.
