6 yearsGot a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming he was calling from BT about an issue with my internet router. He kept asking loads of questions, so I just went along with it. When I told him I was suspicious, he gave me a number, saying it was BT’s free customer service line. I looked it up and found out it was actually a scam. These dodgy scammers are getting right on my nerves. Reporting them to BT doesn’t seem to do much at all.BTSubmit Your Own Report (0151 613 7546)
