Got a call on 06/05/2020 at 11:12 about my slow broadband. They said they’d detected the poor speed but couldn’t explain how or what tools they’d used to check it. Asked which company they were from and they claimed BT, but I’m not even with them. Then they just hung up on me - proper rude! Made me chuckle though.
