Got a call from someone claiming to be my home appliance insurance provider, saying they were lowering my premiums and just needed the brand names of my stuff. Like, if they’re really covering my appliances, shouldn’t they already have that info? I’m so fed up with these calls, do they seriously think we’re gullible? When I called the caller out and said they were a SCAMMER, they just brushed it off. Do these people honestly believe everyone is that naive? Just leave us alone already!!!

Got a call from someone Asian selling health stuff or equipment. I asked her why I'd want that, and she just ended the call.

They seemed to know the brands of my appliances but when I asked them to confirm the make of my washing machine, the call suddenly dropped. I tried ringing them back and after waiting a while, someone said it was Just Care. They then claimed they could save me some money and promised to send over the details. When I asked for the address they had on file, the call cut off again. It all felt a bit dodgy to me. Just a heads up!
