Received a call that supposedly came from EE. The chap on the other end had an Indian accent and introduced himself as Michael, but it was obvious he had to double-check his own name first. I didn't hesitate to confront him about not being genuine and outright told him he wasn't with EE. His response? A cheeky "Go stuff yourself!" Naturally, I didn't hold back and gave him both barrels for his cheeky scam.

Truly a dreadful experience! I received an unexpected call, and when I politely requested not to be contacted again, the response was quite shocking - he exclaimed, 'Sod off!' I was momentarily flummoxed and genuinely thought I’d misheard, so I responded with 'Excuse me?' To my astonishment, he repeated himself with even more contempt. It’s clear he could benefit from a lesson in basic manners and customer service! I’d strongly advise against engaging with this person!
