Oh, this one’s from Broadgreen Heart and Chest hospital for sure. I rang up and the person on the switchboard explained that the number is just a standard outgoing line for all their sections and they don’t actually pick up incoming calls on it. Very confusing!

A lot of folks are claiming this is a Liverpool Hospital contact, but that's not true at all! The real Liverpool Hospital phone starts with 0151 600, but the last digits are definitely different, not 1000 like this one. If you look up the hospital's official numbers online, you'll see they're completely different from this number!

About half an hour ago I missed a call from this number and wasn't sure who it was so I looked it up here. Quite a few people mentioned it was something about lung health screenings. Then they rang me again shortly after, and it turned out it was for my lung health check after all.

I received three calls today, but each time there was no one there - just silence on the line. When I tried calling back, I was met with nothing but a dead tone, which really got under my skin. It’s absolutely ludicrous that unsolicited calls are still allowed, especially since I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Something needs to change!
