I've been receiving calls from a company called Express Finance, which appears to be a payday loan outfit, inquiring about an individual I'm completely unfamiliar with. Despite my requests for them to take my number off their list, they persist in their calls, claiming there's been prior communication - which is utter nonsense. I've gone ahead and reported their antics to the Telephone Preference Service and OFCOM.
