It’s the Money Shop ringing again (they just make up DDI numbers at random). I’ve told them twice already that I’m working with the CCCS on a Debt Relief Order, even giving them my CCCS reference, and asked them to freeze the account. But still, they keep ringing, sometimes up to 8 times a day! So unprofessional. They send out forms approving the CCCS, you seek their assistance, and yet they carry on with this ridiculous harassment. Honestly, it’s disturbing. And now David Dickinson is fronting their adverts? David, how did you not see that the Money Shop isn’t exactly a great company to be linked with - whatever happened to your ethics?

This number keeps ringing us nearly all day, like from about 8 a.m. till 10 p.m., nearly 8 times daily. They’ve left a bunch of messages asking us to call back, which we did, and told them to remove our details since we have no clue why they keep dialing us. Clearly, they must have confused us with someone else. Yet, the calls haven’t stopped and it’s really annoying.
