12 yearsI got a call from a lass with a proper Liverpool accent, and she actually knew my name straight away. She asked me to verify if I was A######## B####, which I did. After that, she started going on about checking my spending from way back in 2011 to sort out some kind of refund. I was a bit confused and asked what she meant, and then she wanted to know if I'd ever had loans or hire purchase agreements on cars since 2011 or something. Yeah, right.
