I was absolutely fuming after receiving a call from an individual who either couldn't articulate properly or simply refused to communicate in a coherent manner; I honestly couldn't decipher a word they uttered! When I pressed for the name of the company they purported to represent, I was none the wiser even after asking them to repeat themselves three times! How on earth do these folks manage to obtain our mobile numbers and create such a hassle? I could hardly make sense of my own name and postcode when those details were thrown into the mix at the beginning of the conversation!
