Some woman rang me up asking specifically for me by name. She claimed she was from Allen & something, but when I asked her to repeat her name, she couldn’t, then quickly said, “I’m calling about a road traffic accident.” That’s when I lost it - told her my accident was private and it was outrageous to cold call me about it, then told her to never ring me again before hanging up. These ambulance chasers have bothered me before and honestly, it’s disgusting they got hold of my number in the first place. There should be laws against this kind of nonsense.
