I encountered a rather suspicious situation when I asked how they obtained my name and number. They hastily provided some flimsy excuses before abruptly ending the call. I've lodged a complaint with Vodafone; it feels exceptionally dodgy. It's infuriating that they have the audacity to retain my personal details without my consent!
