9 yearsBogus insurance firm from Liverpool, on the hunt for unsuspecting victims, playing the ambulance-chasing game.Liverpool9 yearsThey still claim they’re the first call you should make. Was rushing to end the call and kept avoiding my questions. How come Ofcom doesn’t step in and take action against them and their bosses?Ofcom9 yearsDon’t listen to these con artists!!9 yearsGot a call but didn’t answer, looked it up here and decided to block them.9 yearsWhat an utter nuisance! I bombarded them with inquiries-how on earth did they acquire my number, and what on earth could they possibly want? The woman on the line kept rambling about some insurance database. I made it clear I'm ex-directory; she ought to rethink her approach. After stumbling over her words, she handed me off to her supervisor. Was she incapable of handling the barrage of questions herself? It's laughable! I gave the supervisor a proper telling-off as well. She insisted my number was linked to the legal domain of car insurance. I had to inform her that I neither drive nor possess insurance and have never been in a crash. So what, am I supposedly the third party in an accident? If that were the case, how could I feature on any insurance database, for goodness’ sake? I warned them that if the harassment continued, I'd make another complaint, considering I've already done so. They certainly got an earful from me-doubt they'll bother me again! 😂🤣9 yearsGot calls from a firm claiming to be First Call, an accident management outfit from Liverpool - problem is, that company closed down back in 2016. They ring me from a Swindon number, but that’s odd too, since First Call in Swindon is actually a taxi firm. They kept pestering me about a 2014 accident, which I had already sorted out ages ago. No matter how many times I’ve told them to stop ringing, they just won't take the hint. I reported them to the TPS, but it’s pointless because this place doesn’t seem to be legit at all.First CallLiverpoolSwindonTelephone Preference Service9 yearsI've been receiving calls from this number non-stop.
