DRS operates under a couple of aliases as well. They've been hounding us over an alleged debt with Vodafone. I reached out to Vodafone directly and, as it turns out, there are absolutely no problems with our account. They don’t even utilise DRS for their debt recovery. When the ever-persistent JOSHUA called me back for the sixth time and got a bit irate, I told him that Vodafone advised me to disregard DRS as they’re not affiliated with them. He then had the audacity to claim they operate under a different name for Vodafone matters. After a rather fiery conversation yesterday, I decided enough was enough and terminated the call, explicitly instructing him not to ring me again. Yet, despite my clear warning, I received a call at 8:20 this morning from the same number. When I answered, the individual on the other end uttered something incredibly offensive before abruptly hanging up. I rang them back to inform them that if they persisted in calling, I'd be reporting them to the relevant authorities, including the Police and Ofcom. Mark my words, if they dare ring me again, I’ll follow through with that threat. If you find yourself being pursued for a "debt," make sure to demand they provide all details in writing, and never part with your bank information. I've conducted a fair bit of investigation since this fiasco kicked off last week, and Vodafone has confirmed that all our accounts are perfectly in order, which I already knew!

It’s so disheartening because we didn’t get the jobs they assured us we would, and we’ve stopped paying for their training programmes. Yet, it seems like every other day, they bombard us with calls or messages!

I recently had a run-in with DRS, a debt collection agency. When we returned their call, they were surprisingly quite willing to set up a payment plan. They even agreed to a £5.00 upfront payment through a web transfer since we don't possess a debit card. I’ve had my fair share of encounters with these kinds of firms, but I must admit, these folks displayed a level of politeness that took me aback! Honestly, we're quite shocked ourselves!

We've been receiving texts from this DRS urging us to get in touch with a Lizzi Hughes regarding our account number. This young lady rang us claiming they're affiliated with a debt collection agency for Career Development Finance Ltd. We took out a loan from them to support our studies at Skills Train but have stopped making payments. We're quite bewildered about how these entities are linked and are rather hesitant about engaging with this DRS. Has anyone else encountered these firms before?
