01515412402 keep ringing me loads. They say they’re UK Assist or something like that. They’re meant to help with compensation claims and stuff. But if you say you’re not interested, they get really rude and pushy!!! Now they’re doing this new thing where they call from this number and say their name is John, then give you a mobile number that either isn’t real or leads you to a premium rate line without telling you. BE WARNED. Just hang up and block them straight away.

Got a call from someone with a Northern Brit accent about a motor insurance claim I supposedly filed. Been getting loads of calls like this lately from all sorts of supposed companies. The bloke sounded like he wanted to help me block these calls but kept asking about the accident, who was driving and all that. Then he just cut off, probably figured he wasn’t gonna get anything useful from me.

This person aint from Liverpool, even if the area code suggests it. They had some details about my claim that my insurance already agreed on and my lawyers are sorting it out. Guy kept saying the case wasnt closed and they needed more info. I told him to jog on as he clearly didnt know what he was on about. He wasnt pleased and said I'd be getting calls for like 2 years lol. Best thing is to keep them talking and waste their time, they’ll eventually give up calling you.

BE WARNED: This number has phoned me loads of times, always saying I was in an accident - which is totally untrue. When I told them to stop calling, they got rude and just cut me off. Now, they’re even using my own number to show up when they ring out - I think this is called ‘number spoofing,’ where they hide their real number, pretty sneaky! I’ve reported this to Ofcom and they’re looking into it. If you get calls like this, make sure you report it too on 0300 123 3333. Ofcom have been really helpful sorting this out.

i had a crash just yesterday, haven’t told anyone about it yet but these lot keep ringing, trying to get me to admit fault and got really nasty when i said i’d handle it through my insurance. then they claimed they were calling for my insurers, which cant be true since i havent reported it yet! they’ve called me like 5 times today but i just ignored after the very first time.

I'm receiving calls from this number about four or five times weekly. I've already made it clear that I have no interest in pursuing a claim, and explicitly requested that they take my details off their list. Surprisingly, they told me the only way to put an end to these incessant calls was to actually lodge a claim. Got a call from this number, they said they were from a company named Stratton. At first, they claimed they’d help me get removed from some ‘national accident register’ so I wouldn’t get any more calls (yeah, right!). Then it became obvious they were pushing me to make a personal injury claim. They even knew about my accident and the person responsible, plus my name. Feels like my info was either sold or somehow hacked?

I've had two phone calls from this number, purporting to be from a firm known as Stratton Legal. To give you the context, I had a minor fender-bender last year, and these folks were probing me for details about it. When I mentioned that my insurance company had cautioned me against sharing information with unsolicited callers, they turned quite nasty and confrontational. The first chap introduced himself as James, claiming to represent the third-party insurer. Moments later, another caller insisted he was from my insurance provider. When I pointed out that I had just received a call from someone from his company claiming to represent the other party, he abruptly ended the conversation. These individuals are truly unpleasant and aggressive. I strongly advise against divulging any personal details to them. I did a quick search for Stratton Legal and couldn't find any website for them, which raises serious red flags. They undoubtedly seem to be running a scam.

Got a call about a crash I was apparently part of. As soon as I told them I let my insurance sort all claim stuff and they shouldn't be ringing me straight, they just hung up. Proper bad manners. Best thing is to just ignore any number you don’t know. If it’s really urgent, they’ll leave a voicemail anyway. That’s what I do, and it works well.

They even asked for my NI number and email, which I refused to give. The caller then got really rude (like a spoilt kid), calling me a load of names. I just laughed and hung up. After that, they kept ringing back just to annoy me. Watch out, they’re trying to trick you into handing over your details. Don’t fall for it! Oh yeah, I record all incoming calls anyway and have reported this to the police and Ofcom. Take care :)

Hello, I’ve been inundated with calls from this firm, and every time I request to be taken off their list, it seems to fall on deaf ears. Just today, I received a particularly distressing call from one of their representatives who spoke to me in an incredibly condescending manner. After I insisted on speaking to a manager, I was passed along to someone else who continued the disrespectful tone, clearly enjoying my predicament.
