The guy on the phone said the weird email was from the director’s personal email, which is why it looked dodgy. He told us we had only 48 hours to fix it or we'd never get the money back. There was an Indian bloke who wanted us to log onto our computer so he could ‘help’ sort it. We said we’d just contact our bank ourselves, but he kept saying that was unsafe, so we just ended the call. It's definitely a scam.
