I received a rather dubious call from a woman with an Indian accent, who introduced herself as part of the Microsoft Support Team. She insisted she could address the issues I was experiencing with my desktop computer, asserting it was riddled with malware. To my astonishment, she requested remote access to my device, claiming she could resolve all my troubles within just a few hours. Clearly, this was a scam!
