Guess what? No loan materialised after all that! Then they tried to squeeze me for another £189, insisting it was for another supposed fee. They told me it was refundable, but as is often the case, it wasn't at all! Still no sign of the loan. Then came a demand for £111, supposedly due to their “money transfer” issues. They even suggested I withdraw cash to deposit in some Western Union account! Can you believe it? Eventually, they accused me of being too dubious and claimed I was coming off as rude - I reckon anyone would if they began to see through their little scheme! They had the audacity to then hit me with a £75 cancellation charge for a loan that never existed! I warned them I’d involve trading standards, the police, and whichever watchdogs I could think of, and one chap admitted I was making him a bit uneasy. How laughable! I'm now out of pocket to the tune of £338. I’ve tried reaching out to them, but the phone just goes silent. To top it off, the website they sent me to, which they asserted was theirs, turned out to be a complete sham when I reached out to the actual site.
