What’s baffling is that they didn’t seem to bother with some fundamental questions: (1) They didn’t confirm who they were trying to reach, did they? (2) Not a whisper about the item in question. (3) There was no mention of the price tag attached to this so-called item. (4) I’m left wondering how they even got our home phone number! (5) It was unclear who they wished to speak with, which just adds to the confusion. I urge others to keep an eye out for this number and report it to the relevant authorities. It’s crucial to notify Amazon too, as this caller is apparently posing as one of their employees.
