Got a call this morning from them, was the usual boring spiel about internet stuff, so I just blocked the number straight away. Then later on, they rang from 01709585006 with the same robot voice message. Did the same and blocked it again.

I got a call today from someone saying they were from BT. They told me my IP address was at risk and threatened to disconnect my broadband if I didn’t act fast. Total scam, watch out!

Just got a ring from 01515260880 - some automated message claiming my IP was hacked in loads of countries and they wanted to fix it for free. I didn’t bother listening and hung up straight away.

Keep gettin these bogus calls sayin my IP is at risk. They pretend to be my internet company and tell me to press 1 to talk to a tech guy. I ignored it, of course! These scams often use fake UK landline numbers, so watch out for them.
