Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media. An Asian lady told my dad his internet was really slow and he needed to fetch his laptop straight away. Dad said he was tied up and asked if she could ring back at 3.30pm instead. She insisted it had to be sorted immediately. When he said no and mum asked for her name to call Virgin back, she just hung up. We ended up ringing Virgin ourselves (I was certain it was a scam, but dad wanted to check). It's awful that they target someone over 70 like that. Proper low behaviour. Shameful people.
