I'm dealing with the same issue again about getting my money back from Domestic and General. Whenever I ask who I'm speaking to or suggest they just send the refund to the card they charged, the call just gets cut off. They keep pushing me to give my email and bank details. I've had this back-and-forth with two different numbers - one calling from Ballycastle in Northern Ireland and the other from Newcastle. I did manage to catch one name though, it was Melanie Lei.
