Don’t bother answering this one, it’s a total scam. They’re not from any real bank and no money’s been taken out. The minute you start pressing keys or give them any details, that’s when they’ll try and scam you. They don’t even say what bank they're supposedly calling from, so best thing to do is just hang up straight away.
