These individuals seem to ring us at all hours, without respite. We've repeatedly explained, "I’m currently enrolled in a debt management scheme through Payplan, and they've sent your office all the necessary details regarding our finances." Yet, they persistently call back, insisting that the documents have been sent to an office in Scotland when they're meant for the one in Cardiff. In the end, we decided to change our mobile number, and the harassment finally ceased. Now, one has to ponder what tactics they might try next!

I've been receiving calls from Mercers, who appear to be representing Barclays. It's quite frustrating because every time the phone rings and I manage to pick it up, the line goes dead and they never leave a message. They seem to be using various numbers to reach me, and despite my clear communication that I'm already engaged with Barclays directly, they persist in their calls. The representatives claim they lack the documentation we previously submitted to Barclays, as we opted for an automated delivery method. It's evident they're just trying to rack up profits at your expense, so please don't consider giving in to their demands!

I kindly ask that you refrain from calling this number between 8 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon, as I am quite unavailable during those hours. It’s truly baffling how I get called 4 to 5 times daily, without fail, during that timeframe! Honestly, it’s utterly frustrating.

We've had a couple of calls from this number in successive weeks, both times just after 8:45 in the morning. Each time we answered, there was nobody on the line. It's become really tiresome dealing with these kinds of calls. There should be some sort of action taken against them!
