He made it sound like he was from my insurance company but was pretty dodgy about it. When I pushed him, he finally admitted he’s with Pinnacle Life and even gave me their website. The whole thing felt really sketchy, so I’m definitely going to block that number.

Picked up the phone and they just ended the call straight away. Since it was a Liverpool area code, I rang back to see what it was about. Got put on hold for a bit, then some automated voice said goodbye and the call dropped. If it was something urgent, surely they’d leave a voicemail? Anyway, I’ve just blocked the number now.
