Got a call from a woman asking if I had life insurance, I said no and that I wasn't interested. She then started calling me selfish for not having it, saying I'd leave my kids in trouble. I told her again I'm not interested, but she just kept pushing and going on about the policy. Didn't want to argue so I just hung up. Later, my phone flagged the number as "possible scam".

They’re just some call centre that rings any number they can find. Feels like they’re trying to see if you pick up at all. They’ll throw out a random name linked to the number which you’ve never heard of. Then they might ring again from a different phone number, so you don’t catch on. Best just to block this number and switch on your phone’s spam filter to be safe.
