I've been receiving constant calls from a survey firm supposedly run by someone named Susan. Despite me making it clear that I've already requested to be removed from their list, they continue to ring me up, claiming it's the first time they've contacted me. I can see the evidence in my call log! It's never a straightforward three-question survey as they suggest. You might start off answering out of a sense of obligation, but they just keep digging for more details. Honestly, I’d recommend blocking their number. While another representative might reach out eventually, at least you can enjoy a bit of peace for the rest of the day!

Had a call from a bloke named Brian or something like that, but couldn’t make out a word he was saying. Loads of background noise, sounded like a call centre or something. He just kept saying I had to confirm my name, address and mobile number, but couldn’t tell me why or what for. Proper weird!
