A gentleman with an Asian accent contacted me from this number, stating he was handling repairs specifically for council housing tenants. However, I've never dwelled in a council property, so I quickly realised it was pointless to carry on the conversation. Quite an unwelcome interruption, if I’m honest!

They ring me up like 4 times a week and I’ve politely told them to stop since I don’t need what they’re selling, even humoured their nonsense a bit. But they just keep on ignoring me and calling anyway, so now I’ve stopped being nice. I talk to them as rudely as possible, just to mess with their heads and make sure they won’t forget how I treated them for the rest of their miserable day. Honestly, they’re the worst and I truly wish something awful happens to them all.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the social housing repairs team, but it was definitely a scam.

I got a call from someone saying they were ‘Kate’ from the ‘social housing support team’. You could hear loads of people chatting in the background like it was a call centre. If they were legit and linked to my housing association, surely they’d show an 0300 number, right? Felt like some kind of scam to me, so I just blocked it.

I kept getting calls from this number twice daily, so eventually I picked up, but both times they just went quiet and hung up. I tried calling back and was told I could press '1' to end the call, but it didn’t do anything. After a while, someone finally answered but didn’t say who they were, just a plain hello. I told them to stop calling me since every time I picked up they hung up, and the person said I wasn’t quick enough to answer. That’s rubbish because I always answered before they hung up. I’ve gone ahead and blocked this number straight away.
