If you get a call from this number, just ignore it. It says it’s from a utility provider with a Liverpool dialling code, but the call could come from anywhere around the UK. Best thing to do is block them straight away.

Been getting loads of calls from these sort of numbers, all linked to Twilio. I heard it’s a landline run by them in Manchester or somewhere. It’s daft how nothing seems to get sorted even when it’s straight up obvious who they belong to. Same kind of number popping up again and again!

Got a call from this number on Sunday, didn’t pick up. Then like a minute later, they rang again from the exact same number! So annoying!

Got a call from this number saying they were with o2, but I’m not even an o2 user so I just ended the call. After seeing what others have said about it, I decided to block it since it looks like some sort of scam.

Today my other half picked up the phone and ended up chatting with the scammer for a while. They claimed he’d scored a half-price discount on his bill but warned him not to check his account online for the next day or so, which was a bit suspicious. When they asked for his security info, he just made up some rubbish answers. Turned out the scammer was actually trying to hack into his account!

They pretended to be from O2, but when I questioned them, they started getting rude and aggressive.

Some bloke claiming to be from O2 phoned me about my contract, saying I wasn’t tied to any agreement. I told him it’s disgraceful to try and con folks like that, then I just hung up on him.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise today so I just ignored it. After seeing the reviews here, I’ve blocked it. I reckon these scammers might be changing numbers too - they phoned me three times earlier this week from another London number. I looked that one up and found plenty of reports like this one. Watch out, folks!

I got a call from someone claiming to be from O2, but the line was really unclear. Then this bloke with an accent took over and started talking about a 30% discount on my bills, but when I asked what my new bill would be, he couldn’t say. It all felt fishy so I just ended the call.

Got a call today from an unknown number, didn’t pick up. After checking the reviews here, thought it was probably a scam so I blocked it. Same sorta thing happened earlier this week - they rang me three times from a different London number. I looked that one up too and plenty of people had left warnings. Watch out, folks!

Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, saying they had a 30% off deal for me. Then they texted me a security code and warned me not to show it to anyone, even O2 employees. When I told the guy I wouldn’t give it out, he started sounding pushy and kept asking for it like desperate. I told him if he was legit he’d get why I was worried, but he kept on trying to pressure me. Ended up hanging up on him.

Got a call from 01514533205 where the caller said they were with o2, telling me I could upgrade to a 5G sim because I was "entitled." They then tried to trick me into sharing a one-time code, but thankfully I didn’t give it. It sounds like these scammers want to get into your o2 account. Just a heads up, if you fall for it, they could order a sim or even buy phones on your account. Watch out for this scam!
