Called and then cut off, an unwelcome call.

Received a call from someone claiming to be from O2, insisting they were keen to help me with an upgrade on my phone contract. However, it soon became clear that it was nothing more than a ruse to pull a fast one on me!

On 25/05 at around 3:07pm, I got a call from 01514533074. My phone automatically blocked it and sent me a text saying a call was received but blocked. I didn’t recognise the number and I reckon it’s just one of those spam or wrong number calls, so I reported it as junk.

Got a call earlier but they hung up straight away and didn’t leave any message. Reading through other people’s experiences, seems like it's not a legit number. I’m just going to block it.

Got another call today, this one wasn’t quiet though. The bloke claimed he worked for some call blocking company and that he’d be sorting out the spam calls I get, updating my call blocking settings and all that. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
